Customer Churn Analysis

This project entailed an in-depth exploration of customer retention strategies in the telecom sector. With a focus on transitioning from a reactive to a proactive approach, we meticulously defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) spanning engagement, satisfaction, and churn rates. Through comprehensive data analysis, we developed an interactive dashboard that offers intuitive visual insights, empowering management to make informed decisions. The project underscores the pivotal role of data analytics in reshaping customer retention strategies within the dynamic telecom landscape.

To achieve these objectives, the following critical actions were systematically executed:

  1. Demographic Attribute Assessment: Customer demographic attributes, such as gender, age ranges, and family structures, were meticulously analyzed. This examination aimed to uncover potential correlations between these attributes and churn rates, providing insights into customer behavior trends.



2. Internet Service Analysis: A detailed review of the services each customer had subscribed to, including phone plans, internet services, security features, and more, was conducted. This allowed for the identification of usage patterns and preferences that could significantly influence retention strategies.



3. Service Subscription Examination: A detailed review of the services each customer had subscribed to, including phone plans, internet services, security features, and more, was conducted. 4. Billing Details Analysis: In-depth customer account analysis included tenure, contract specifics, payment methods, billing preferences, and records of raised tickets. This comprehensive view shed light on the role of account-related characteristics in influencing customer attrition.




5. Additional Service Analysis: An in-depth analysis was made to compare the churn rates who opt for additional services like Devi



These meticulously executed actions formed the foundation for the development of a sophisticated dashboard. This dashboard serves as a transformative tool, visualizing insights in a clear and actionable manner, enabling data-driven, proactive customer retention strategies that hold the potential to reshape the telecom industry's approach to customer loyalty and engagement.
